Timothy P. Smith has been a trial attorney since graduating from Notre Dame Law School in 1992. He has tried injury cases through out the State of Michigan from Cass County to Cheboygan. He holds the record for the single largest plaintiffs verdict in the history of Oscoda County. He has recovered millions for his clients.
He is an Executive Board member for the Michigan Association for Justice, a group of the top trial attorneys in the state.
